Hallways & Corridors
Clean and wipe down surfaces, including doors and light fixtures. - Thoroughly vacuum or sweep the floors. - Mop the floors to ensure sanitation. - Perform regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and address maintenance in the corridors.
Laundry Facilities
We clean and maintain shared laundry facilities to ensure a consistently hygienic and well-presented environment. This includes cleaning washing machines and dryers (exterior surfaces and accessible areas), disinfecting worktops and touch points and thoroughly cleaning floors and surrounding areas. We also remove lint build-up and general debris where required, ensuring the space remains clean, safe and fully operational for regular resident use.
